Aplicação

TZM is an alloy manufactured through the powder metallurgy process. It is primarily composed of molybdenum with additions of zirconium and titanium. TZM is used for the production of hot runner tips.

 

TZM offers higher abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity compared to copper beryllium.

It is suitable for high-temperature applications, with a working temperature range of up to 1400 °C.
