Application

Beryllium-free Copper alloy designed to meet the strict health and safety regulations of industrialized countries regarding the use of hazardous elements.

This alloy conforms to the standards of RWMA Class 3 and is used when there is a need for good thermal and electrical conductivity, along with high mechanical properties.

It can be nitrided to achieve increased hardness with minimal loss of electrical conductivity.

Applications include electrode holders, continuous welding discs, welding electrodes, cavities in plastic molds, high-pressure aluminum injection pistons, and soap mold cavities.
